1.my level of engagement was merit because even though it was hard and exausting i pushed though to the end
2.I got involved in the tramping activities because they looked fun and enjoyable well hard and challenging
3.I took part in the activity because it looked fun and enjoyable well hard and challenging
4.I could improve the amount of rest/breakes i had by having less rest
